James grew up in Metairie, LA graduating from Rummel High School and the University of New Orleans with a degree in Communications. James has an extensive background in the hospitality and service industries. Working in the New Orleans area for many years making customer service a top priority. In 2011 he became a real estate agent in New Orleans helping clients find the perfect homes and investment properties.
He started a new chapter of life in 2020 moving to Bay St. Louis and making the Gulf Coast his permanent home. He is continuing his real estate career in Mississippi joining the HL Raymond Properties team in 2022. He loves meeting and working with people to find their dream homes. He looks forward to continuing his career on the gulf coast serving and helping clients who are ready to start their own new chapter in life. Bartending part time allows home to meet and network with many people for a new permanent home or a second home along the coast.
