Holly Lemoine-Raymond
Owner | Broker | Agent

Holly Lemoine-Raymond is a prominent figure in the Mississippi Gulf Coast real estate market. As the Broker, Owner, and Designer of HL Raymond Properties, LLC in Bay St. Louis, Holly has established herself as a dedicated professional with a passion for her community. Originally from New Orleans, Holly has called Hancock County her home for most of her life. She attended high school there and built strong relationships over 25 years while working in the gaming industry.

Holly remains actively involved in the community through various voluntary efforts. She has contributed to projects such as the revitalization of the Duck Pond in the Historic Depot District and has supported causes like the Hancock County Animal Shelter. Holly is an engaged member of the Chamber of Commerce and serves on several boards, including the Boys & Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. She takes great pride in calling Hancock County her home.

After excelling in marketing, public relations, VIP, and casino host services at the Hollywood Casino (formerly Casino Magic), Holly decided to pursue her passion for entrepreneurship. She took the opportunity to bring new life to the Historic City Hall building in Old Town Bay St. Louis and established the thriving Cypress Café. The café became a popular local spot where people gathered to enjoy delicious meals in a charming and welcoming atmosphere.

While running the Cypress Café, Holly's love for design and her desire to help others find their dream homes led her to venture into the real estate industry. Leveraging her extensive experience in marketing and her commitment to exceptional customer service, she made a smooth transition and established HL Raymond Properties, LLC.

Holly believes in operating with honesty, ethics, and the best interests of her clients in mind. She upholds exceptionally high standards in her business practices and pays meticulous attention to detail. By utilizing various networking techniques and innovative marketing strategies, Holly puts her personal touch on every buying or selling experience she is involved in. Her clients appreciate her energy and unique style, making her an exceptional agent to work with.

Beyond her commitment to people, Holly is passionate about interior design and repurposing overlooked items. She shares her DIY projects and interior design insights through her blog called "Beautiful Things," featured on the BSL Shoofly, an online magazine. With less than two years of experience in real estate, Holly obtained her Broker's license and established HL Raymond Properties, LLC. She transformed an old shoe store in a strip mall into an Industrial Chic real estate office. During that time, she also renovated a condo and an abandoned gas station, which was featured on Season 4, Episode 7 of HGTV's "You Live in What." Holly has appeared on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 13, Episode 4 and has been featured in various magazines, including Gulf Coast Woman, South Mississippi Living, and Realtor Success(ion). She collaborated with Habitat for Humanity of Bay Waveland to build a "She Shed" that was raffled at a fundraiser.

With continuous growth, Holly purchased a building and incorporated her unique style to convert a former orthodontist's office into HL Raymond Properties, LLC. She recently sold it to create a new boutique office located in Old Town Bay St. Louis, right on the beach. Holly now oversees several agents, associate brokers, a marketing/agent lead manager, and executive assistants within her team. In 2019, she established her own production company, HL Raymond Productions, LLC, and produced two seasons of her television series called "Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties." The show showcases the beauty of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has been aired on networks like ABC, CBS, FOX, and more. To stay informed, interested individuals can follow the Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties Facebook page and subscribe to their YouTube channel.

Holly acknowledges that hard work and taking care of people are vital components of her success. She attributes her achievements to the love and support she has received from her family, friends, and, most importantly, her clients.
