Holly Lemoine-Raymond is the Broker, Owner, and Designer of HL Raymond Properties, LLC in Bay St. Louis, MS. Originally from New Orleans, LA Holly has resided in Hancock County most of her life. It is there she attended High School, worked in the gaming industry, and built lasting relationships for more than 25 years. No matter how busy she is, Holly stays actively involved in the community with various voluntary efforts that range from revitalizing the Duck Pond in the beautiful Historic Depot District, donating time and money or hosting events which support the Hancock County Animal Shelter, is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and sits on various boards including the Boys & Girls Club and Habitat for Humanity. Holly is proud to call Hancock County her home! After leaving the gaming industry Holly took the opportunity to bring new life to the Historic City Hall building in Old Town Bay St. Louis where she built a thriving business with the Cypress Café. Locals gathered there to enjoy lunch by the giant Shoofly and sip sweet tea out of mason jars while children played in City Park. Prior to opening her café, Holly worked for the Hollywood Casino (formerly Casino Magic) where she excelled in areas such as Marketing, Public Relations, VIP & Casino Host Services. Leveraging her vast experience and knowledge of marketing infused with her commitment to customer service, Holly put her talents to work for her in the Real Estate Industry. Holly understands the importance of operating honestly, ethically and in the best interest of her clients. She has exceptionally high standards in her business. She works hard, is dedicated to her clients, and is attentive to every little detail. Holly uses various networking techniques, innovative marketing strategies, and puts her own personal touch to every buying or selling experience she is involved in. Her clients love working with her because of her energy and out of the box style. Holly’s talents go beyond taking care of people. She is also passionate about interior design and repurposing things others may toss aside as unusable. You can see some of Holly’s DIY projects on the BSL Shoofly, an online magazine where she has a blog every other month called “Beautiful Things”. After being in Real Estate for under two (2) years, Holly got her Broker’s license and ventured out on her own and created HL Raymond Properties, LLC. She turned an old shoe store in a strip mall into an Industrial, Chic Real Estate office. While she was busy designing her new office, she also renovated a condo and an old, abandoned gas station which was later featured on Season 4, Episode 7 of HGTV’s “You Live in What”. She has also been seen on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 13, Episode 4 and can be seen on several magazines ranging from Gulf Coast Woman, South Mississippi Living, & Realtor Success(ion). Holly has worked with Habitat For Humanity of Bay Waveland on building a “She Shed” to be raffled at a fundraiser for Habitat. Growing in leaps and bounds, Holly purchased a building and incorporated her unique style to convert a former orthodontist’s office into the new home of HL Raymond Properties, LLC. Holly now has several agents, Associate Brokers, a marketing manager, a community relations manager, and an executive assistant/realtor working for her. In 2019, Holly opened her own productions company- HL Raymond Productions.
