She sold her beloved Cypress Café and began putting together her business plan to make her dreams of real estate come true. Holly Lemoine-Raymond is the Broker, Owner, and Designer of HL Raymond Properties, LLC in Bay Sat. Louis, MS. Originally from New Orleans, LA Holly has resided in Hancock County most of her life. It is there she attended High School, worked in the gaming industry, and built lasting relationships for more than 25 years.No matter how busy she is, Holly stays actively involved in the community with various voluntary efforts that range from revitalizing the Duck Pond in the beautiful Historic Depot District, donating time and money or hosting events which support the Hancock County Animal Shelter, is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and sits on various boards across the county. Holly is proud to call Hancock County her home!After leaving the gaming industry Holly took the opportunity to bring new life to the Historic City Hall building in Old Town Bay St. Louis where she built a thriving business with the Cypress Café. Locals gathered there to enjoy lunch by the giant Shoofly and sip sweet tea out of mason jars while children played in City Park.Prior to opening her café, Holly worked for the Hollywood Casino (formerly Casino Magic) where she excelled in areas such as Marketing, Public Relations, VIP & Casino Host Services. Leveraging her vast experience and knowledge of marketing infused with her commitment to customer service, Holly put her talents to work for her in the Real Estate Industry. Holly understands the importance of operating honestly, ethically and in the best interest of her clients. She has exceptionally high standards in her business. She works hard, is dedicated to her clients, and is attentive to every little detail.Holly uses various networking techniques, innovative marketing strategies, and puts her own personal touch to every buying or selling experience she is involved in. She turned an old shoe store in a strip mall in to an Industrial, Chic Real Estate office. While she was busy designing her new office, she also renovated a condo and an old, abandoned gas station which was later featured on Season 4, Episode 7 of HGTV’s “You Live in What”. She has also been seen on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 13, Episode 4 and can be seen on several magazines ranging from Gulf Coast Woman, South Mississippi Living, & Realtor Success(ion). Holly is currently working with Habitat For Humanity of Hancock County on building a “She Shed” to be raffled at a fundraiser for Habitat.Growing in leaps and bounds, Holly purchased a building and incorporated her unique style to convert a former orthodontist’s office in to the new home of HL Raymond Properties, LLC. Holly now has 11 agents, two (3) Associate Brokers, a marketing manager, and an executive office manager/interior designer working for her.When she is not busy working a contract, repurposing abandoned buildings or showing houses, Holly likes to spend time with her husband Leo and son Landry checking items off of their bucket lists like swimming with sharks, or just hanging out on their rescue farm where they care for animals such as peacocks, horses, chickens, cats, dogs, goats, and even a cow.
Holly knows that hard work and taking care of people are major ingredients in the recipe for success. She would not be where she is today without the love and support of her family, friends, and most of all, her clients.

Mitch Tinsley was born, raised and has been a lifelong resident of theMississippi Gulf Coast. He is a graduate of Gulfport High School, Tulane University and the University of Southern Mississippi. He has received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Tulane and a M.S. from USM in Geography with emphasis in Geographic Information Systems.Mitch has held a Mississippi Real Estate Brokers license since 2004 and has successfully operated his own real estate brokerage for 10 years. He has previously worked for the Geospatial Applications Laboratory of the University of Southern Mississippi’s Center of Higher Learning at NASA’s Stennis Space Center combining GIS, remote sensing and spatial modeling approaches for technical development, research and operational support for federal, state and local agencies. In this capacity he has also provided support to local communities, lawmakers and business professionals in the response to Hurricane Katrina’s destruction and the recovery and redevelopment of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.He brings to HL Raymond Properties a sound and diverse knowledge of the real estate industry as well as over 20 years of GIS experience in the public, private and academic research sectors.Additionally, he is actively versed, works with and offers support with environmental consulting firms when needing to balance between your project or property location and critical aspects such as wetlands, permitting, and site assessments.His professional and educational background offers a unique combination for real estate buyers, sellers, developers and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.He currently resides in Diamondhead with his wife Mary, raising and supporting their three children with their many activities and sports. Raised on the West Bank of New Orleans, LA, Katy Aime moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2001 and has worked hard selling the coast ever since. According to Katy, “There’s no better kept secret than South Mississippi! Once you come here for a visit, you’ll fall in love with the character of the homes and the people.”A Bay St. Louis resident since 2004, Katy believes in working hard and playing hard. She is an enthusiastic member of her community and President of the Bay St. Louis Dixie Girls Softball recreation program for several years. When she is not in the office or on the field, Katy enjoys good music, great food, and showing her clients the best of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.A graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, Katy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. She has worked in outside sales, the casino industry, an insurance agent, and an events coordinator for the tourism industry. Born in Gulfport and having grown up in the Kiln, Scott is a lifelong resident of Hancock County. His family’s roots date back to the early 1700’s when Jean Claude Favre was sent by the British Government to settle a crisis on the East Pearl River. A graduate of Hancock High School, and the son of the Football coach, Scott was active in sports such as football and baseball. He attended Pearl River Community College, Delta State, and Mississippi State University, however, he obtained is degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1991.In addition to his love of sports, Scott is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and playing golf. When he is not listing, selling, building houses or dealing in commercial real estate, Scott enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his son Max.Scott has been involved in Real Estate since 1993. He ran his brother’s company, Brett Favre Enterprises as well as managed to be in a property management business in Gulfport, MS. A resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1999, Michele Smothers found her forever home in Bay Saint Louis, MS in 2014. Michele didn’t waste any time getting involved with community organizations both personally and professionally. Her involvement ranged from the Hancock County Chamber, the Lighthouse Business and Professional Women, Tree House Yoga, and a host of network marketing organizations. A Hospice Care Marketing Consultant for over 10 years, Michele has a strong moral code of ethics and a skill set to approach her clients with care and compassion. Michele’s background also includes her role as a District Sales Manager with Avon Products, Inc. which has allowed her to transfer her skills in sales and marketing into her every day routine as a Hospice Care Marketing Consultant with over 700 Independent Sales Representatives to drive results. It’s these skills and more that make Michele a great asset to HL Raymond Properties, LLC. Michele always has her clients’ best interests at heart.When she is not working, Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, relaxing on the beach, practicing yoga and watching SEC football.
Originally from Southern California, Maria is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. She met and married her husband Brian while they were both stationed in San Vito de Normani, Italy. Married for over 29 years, the couple has two (2) sons, Zachary & Logan whom they love very much. After their duty ended with the Air Force, Maria and Brian relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from the West Bank of New Orleans for Brian’s career with the Office of Personnel Management in 2001 and can’t imagine life anywhere else!In 2009 Maria achieved a goal she never imagined she could and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Coaching and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. A proud Eagle, Maria kept going and completed a Master’s Degree in Workforce Training & Development through The University of Southern Mississippi’s college of Human Capital Development in 2011.Her career in Human Resources and experience in dealing with people from all different cultures and backgrounds makes Maria a great addition to the HL Raymond Team.Having worked in the Hospitality and Gaming Industries since 1995, in various roles from the front line in to management through Human Resources, Maria has joined the dynamic team of Real Estate Professionals at HL Raymond Properties, LLC where her standards of service ensure her clients are well cared for. When she is not working her full time job as a Training Manager at one of the Gulf Coast’s premiere casinos, or helping her real estate clients find the home of their dreams, Maria is an active volunteer in her community. She has been on the Board of Directors with the Dixie League Softball and a T-Ball coach in Bay St. Louis, is a graduate of the Leadership Hancock County Class of 2015/2016, serves on the Leadership Hancock County Steering Committee, is a CASA Volunteer, and has recently been appointed a seat on the Board of Directors for the Hancock County Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity.

She attended LSU where she was accepted into the College of Design. Although she has an extensive background in retail and management starting at Brooks Brothers in New Orleans, Rebecca felt drawn to real estate. Licensed since 2005, she has enjoyed helping many meet their real estate needs.Never one to sit still, Rebecca fulfilled a life-long dream when she opened her own gourmet kitchen store in Bay Saint Louis. “Third time is the charm” said Sabree when asked about his return to the Gulf Coast. In the past 25 years Jeffrey has worked in the Casino Industry as Senior Director of Marketing, Vice President of Marketing and Regional Director of Marketing for companies like Grand Casino, Penn National and Tropicana. As such, Sabree has extensive experience in all facets of Marketing to include Hospitality, Direct Marketing, Advertising, T.V., Radio, Print, Entertainment, Public/ Area Relations and Guest Services. This professional experience has taught Jeffrey the value of empowerment. “I believe in making my clients dreams come true” stated Sabree “and I am empowered to do so”.Integrity and hard work has been his key to success in the highly competitive field of Gaming and these same proven successful qualities are what he brings to HL Raymond Properties. John L Hester was born and raised in Santa Monica, CA. Raised with the musical influence of Jazz, John joined the US Navy, attended the Navy School of Music and Naval Bandmaster School to hone his musical talent. Having served for 20 years in the Navy as a BandMaster, John retired his horn and moved to Las Vegas, NV where he worked for Steve Wynn at the Mirage Casino as a Casino Floor Supervisor. After 20 years in the gaming industry John moved to New Orleans, LA to pursue his first love, Jazz Music!John has played with legendary musicians such as Percy Sledge, Pete Fountain, The Coasters, The Marvellettes, Al Hirt, and many other local musicians from New Orleans, Atlanta, GA, and all along the Mississippi Gulf Coast where he moved to be with his two daughters, Holly & Heidi after Hurricane Katrina. John is very well known as Holly’s Dad and has named his Jazz Band, “Holly’s Dad’s Jazz Band”.You can hear him playing at the Silver Slipper with the South Coast Stompers. To the HL Raymond Properties team, John is much more than Holly’s Dad. He’s “Poppa” and lends a helping hand where ever he is needed.
