She sold her beloved Cypress Café and began putting together her business plan to make her dreams of real estate come true. Leveraging her vast experience and expertise in marketing, budgeting, and most importantly her commitment to providing exceptional service with a personal touch, Holly assembled a team of business savvy, service centered professionals and opened her own brokerage.

Holly Lemoine-Raymond is the Broker, Owner, and Designer of HL Raymond Properties, LLC in Bay Sat. Louis, MS. Originally from New Orleans, LA Holly has resided in Hancock County most of her life. It is there she attended High School, worked in the gaming industry, and built lasting relationships for more than 25 years.No matter how busy she is, Holly stays actively involved in the community with various voluntary efforts that range from revitalizing the Duck Pond in the beautiful Historic Depot District, donating time and money or hosting events which support the Hancock County Animal Shelter, is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce and sits on various boards across the county. Holly is proud to call Hancock County her home!After leaving the gaming industry Holly took the opportunity to bring new life to the Historic City Hall building in Old Town Bay St. Louis where she built a thriving business with the Cypress Café. Locals gathered there to enjoy lunch by the giant Shoofly and sip sweet tea out of mason jars while children played in City Park.Prior to opening her café, Holly worked for the Hollywood Casino (formerly Casino Magic) where she excelled in areas such as Marketing, Public Relations, VIP & Casino Host Services. Leveraging her vast experience and knowledge of marketing infused with her commitment to customer service, Holly put her talents to work for her in the Real Estate Industry. Holly understands the importance of operating honestly, ethically and in the best interest of her clients. She has exceptionally high standards in her business. She works hard, is dedicated to her clients, and is attentive to every little detail.Holly uses various networking techniques, innovative marketing strategies, and puts her own personal touch to every buying or selling experience she is involved in. She is also passionate about interior design and repurposing things others may toss aside as unusable. You can see some of Holly’s DIY projects on the BSL Shoofly, online magazine where she has a blog every other month called “Beautiful Things”.After being in Real Estate for under two (2) years, Holly got her Broker’s license and ventured out on her own and created HL Raymond Properties, LLC. She turned an old shoe store in a strip mall in to an Industrial, Chic Real Estate office. While she was busy designing her new office, she also renovated a condo and an old, abandoned gas station which was later featured on Season 4, Episode 7 of HGTV’s “You Live in What”. She has also been seen on HGTV’s Beachfront Bargain Hunt Season 13, Episode 4 and can be seen on several magazines ranging from Gulf Coast Woman, South Mississippi Living, & Realtor Success(ion). Holly is currently working with Habitat For Humanity of Hancock County on building a “She Shed” to be raffled at a fundraiser for Habitat.Growing in leaps and bounds, Holly purchased a building and incorporated her unique style to convert a former orthodontist’s office in to the new home of HL Raymond Properties, LLC. Holly now has 11 agents, two (3) Associate Brokers, a marketing manager, and an executive office manager/interior designer working for her.When she is not busy working a contract, repurposing abandoned buildings or showing houses, Holly likes to spend time with her husband Leo and son Landry checking items off of their bucket lists like swimming with sharks, or just hanging out on their rescue farm where they care for animals such as peacocks, horses, chickens, cats, dogs, goats, and even a cow.
Holly knows that hard work and taking care of people are major ingredients in the recipe for success. She would not be where she is today without the love and support of her family, friends, and most of all, her clients.

Mitch Tinsley was born, raised and has been a lifelong resident of theMississippi Gulf Coast. He is a graduate of Gulfport High School, Tulane University and the University of Southern Mississippi. He has received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Tulane and a M.S. from USM in Geography with emphasis in Geographic Information Systems.Mitch has held a Mississippi Real Estate Brokers license since 2004 and has successfully operated his own real estate brokerage for 10 years. He has previously worked for the Geospatial Applications Laboratory of the University of Southern Mississippi’s Center of Higher Learning at NASA’s Stennis Space Center combining GIS, remote sensing and spatial modeling approaches for technical development, research and operational support for federal, state and local agencies. In this capacity he has also provided support to local communities, lawmakers and business professionals in the response to Hurricane Katrina’s destruction and the recovery and redevelopment of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.He brings to HL Raymond Properties a sound and diverse knowledge of the real estate industry as well as over 20 years of GIS experience in the public, private and academic research sectors.Additionally, he is actively versed, works with and offers support with environmental consulting firms when needing to balance between your project or property location and critical aspects such as wetlands, permitting, and site assessments.His professional and educational background offers a unique combination for real estate buyers, sellers, developers and investors in both the residential and commercial markets.He currently resides in Diamondhead with his wife Mary, raising and supporting their three children with their many activities and sports. Originally from Southern California, Maria is a Veteran of the United States Air Force. She met and married her husband Brian while they were both stationed in San Vito de Normani, Italy. Married for over 29 years, the couple has two (2) sons, Zachary & Logan whom they love very much. After their duty ended with the Air Force, Maria and Brian relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast from the West Bank of New Orleans for Brian’s career with the Office of Personnel Management in 2001 and can’t imagine life anywhere else!In 2009 Maria achieved a goal she never imagined she could and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Coaching and Education from the University of Southern Mississippi. A proud Eagle, Maria kept going and completed a Master’s Degree in Workforce Training & Development through The University of Southern Mississippi’s college of Human Capital Development in 2011.Her career in Human Resources and experience in dealing with people from all different cultures and backgrounds makes Maria a great addition to the HL Raymond Team.Having worked in the Hospitality and Gaming Industries since 1995, in various roles from the front line in to management through Human Resources, Maria has joined the dynamic team of Real Estate Professionals at HL Raymond Properties, LLC where her standards of service ensure her clients are well cared for. Eager to show prospective buyers the beautiful MS Gulf Coast, Maria specializes in working with first time homebuyers, and military relocations. Patient and nurturing, Maria’s clients will not be disappointed in their experience of home buying.
When she is not working her full time job as a Training Manager at one of the Gulf Coast’s premiere casinos, or helping her real estate clients find the home of their dreams, Maria is an active volunteer in her community. She has been on the Board of Directors with the Dixie League Softball and a T-Ball coach in Bay St. Louis, is a graduate of the Leadership Hancock County Class of 2015/2016, serves on the Leadership Hancock County Steering Committee, is a CASA Volunteer, and has recently been appointed a seat on the Board of Directors for the Hancock County Affiliate of Habitat for Humanity.
